Tiff, aka The Cooking Yam, is our recipe developer as well as the Nutrition Intern for British Swimming. Her job is to develop deliciously creative recipes using every flavour of GetBuzzing bar and spread the GetBuzzing love! She regularly shares her GetBuzzing treats at the British Swimming Breakfast Club in Loughborough, though they don't last long around the swimmers!
